Now I am living in Pokhara Nepal I have completed high school from board of Nepal and also have a good computer and driving skills. I had worked in some of the well-known companies like Mannai Trading Company Auto Service Center as a Warranty Clerk, Arabian MEP Contracting Company Doha Qatar as a Data Entry Operator and Pokhereli Taxi Sewa Pvt. • Execute all the office jobs assigned by the Service Management. • Review of all vehicle service history, purchase documents for compliance and accuracy which includes the review of purchaser information, product agreements and follow policy and procedure. • Checking of Vehicle Service Information System and allotting of labor time to the technician as per the labor time guide. • Planning and execution of the work according to Global Warranty Management System. • Prepare warranty papers according to repair order number and date of replacement. • Maintain record of customer details according to warranty references. • Indexing and filing of all warrantees documents and papers according to record management system. • Enter document identification codes into systems in order to determine locations of documents to be retrieved • Retrieval of information in response to the request received from authorized users using minimum time. • Keeping and storing of scrap materials related to vehicles spare parts for supervision by the Area Manager. • Operation of office equipment's like PC, Photocopier, Fax Machine, etc. • Execute any additional responsibilities assigned by Deputy Manager/ Assistant manager/Supervisor from time to time. • Data entry in the computer as per Oracle System. • Follow safety norms and procedures.
