FillaRole is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Welder Job in Canada to join our team in Canada. This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson with strong fabrication experience, excellent technical welding knowledge, and the ability to work on heavy equipment rebuilds and repairs.

Responsibilities
- Interpret welding process specifications and determine weldability of materials
- Perform Carbon Arc Air Gouging, Plasma Cutting, and Oxy Fuel Cutting
- Conduct Flux Core Welding (1/16” & 3/32”), MCAW Welding (1/16”), SMAW Welding, and MIG Welding (0.035)
- Carry out fitting and fabrication tasks
- Perform heavy equipment rebuilds (buckets, haul trucks, and similar equipment)
- Operate overhead cranes safely and efficiently
- Operate pre-set welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products
- Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment
Requirements
- Strong experience in multiple welding techniques and fabrication work
- Line boring experience is an asset
- High proficiency in English speaking and writing
- Proficiency in both French and English
- Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
Skills
- Technical expertise in welding and metal fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret welding specifications
- Strong problem-solving and equipment handling skills
- Experience working with heavy industrial equipment
