We are seeking three skilled and experienced Welders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience and a strong understanding of welding techniques, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance. The Welder will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and components according to specifications and blueprints. This role requires precision, attention to
detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
- Perform various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding, to join, fabricate, and repair metal parts.
- Inspect welded surfaces and structures to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and to the required standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to welding processes or equipment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in welding operations.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces or at heights.
- Certification in welding (e.g., AWS certification) is a plus but not required.
