Responsibilities for Warehouse Security Officer:

The responsibilities for the job of Warehouse Security Officers are as following.

• Monitor and secure warehouse entrances, exits, and key areas
• Perform regular patrols inside and around the facility
• Prevent unauthorized access and deter suspicious activity
• Identify safety hazards or incidents and report promptly
• Engage professionally with warehouse staff and visitors
• Handle conflict and de-escalate tense situations if necessary
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely written reports
• Quickly communicate incidents to the appropriate supervisors

Requirements for Warehouse Security Officer:

The requirements for the job of Warehouse Security Officers are as following.

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Willingness to complete a full background check
• Able to conduct physical patrols throughout the shift
• Must remain alert and detail-focused for extended hours
• Comfortable using basic computer/technology systems
• Customer service background preferred
• Previous security or military/law enforcement experience is a plus
