Responsibilities for Warehouse Incharge:

The responsibilities for the job of Warehouse Incharges are as following.

  • Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and real-time updates using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce all workplace safety protocols
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain a high-performing team
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations
  • Plan and execute seasonal inventory audits and regular cycle counts
  • Track warehouse performance and generate inventory and logistics reports
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies and respond to customer complaints efficiently
  • Manage warehouse budget, optimizing costs without compromising on quality or safety

Requirements for Warehouse Incharge:

The requirements for the job of Warehouse Incharges are as following.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
  • Certification in supply chain or logistics (e.g., APICS, CILT) is a strong advantage
  • Proven experience in warehouse or logistics supervision roles
  • Strong understanding of warehouse software systems (WMS) and inventory control processes
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) are a plus
  • Physically fit and capable of handling manual warehouse duties
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse compliance standards
