Responsibilities for Warehouse Associate:
The responsibilities for the job of Warehouse Associates are as following.
- Perform inbound and outbound tasks: unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, packing
- Ensure correct, on-time shipping exceeding customer expectations
- Meet safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and behavior standards
- Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a safe, organized workspace
- Comply with OSHA and hazardous materials regulations
- Operate warehouse vehicles and powered equipment if qualified (Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, etc.)
- Handle additional warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements for Warehouse Associate:
The requirements for the job of Warehouse Associates are as following.
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Previous warehouse, retail, or fast-paced customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality
Skills and Knowledge Desired:
- Minimum 18 years old
- Able to lift, slide, and lower up to 75 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working on your feet in varying temperatures, noise, and dust
- Team player with ability to receive and act on feedback
- For PIE Operators: Must operate powered industrial equipment safely
