Responsibilities for Warehouse Associate:

The responsibilities for the job of Warehouse Associates are as following.

  • Perform inbound and outbound tasks: unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, packing
  • Ensure correct, on-time shipping exceeding customer expectations
  • Meet safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and behavior standards
  • Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a safe, organized workspace
  • Comply with OSHA and hazardous materials regulations
  • Operate warehouse vehicles and powered equipment if qualified (Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, etc.)
  • Handle additional warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements for Warehouse Associate:

The requirements for the job of Warehouse Associates are as following.

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Forklift certification is a plus
  • Previous warehouse, retail, or fast-paced customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality

Skills and Knowledge Desired:

  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Able to lift, slide, and lower up to 75 pounds regularly
  • Comfortable working on your feet in varying temperatures, noise, and dust
  • Team player with ability to receive and act on feedback
  • For PIE Operators: Must operate powered industrial equipment safely
