Responsibilities for Warehouse Admin:
The responsibilities for the job of Warehouse Admins are as following.
- Maintain accurate data entry and inventory records for all stock items
- Process receipts and generate related documentation (goods receipt notes, packing lists, delivery notes)
- Communicate proactively with customers, suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams
- Coordinate staff inductions and enforce health & safety procedures
- Support warehouse operations including receiving, dispatching, and managing discrepancies
- Keep inventory systems updated, ensuring space efficiency and inventory accuracy
- Assist with monthly billing processes and finance-related documentation
- Collaborate with external vendors for equipment maintenance and supply needs
- Prepare performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and maintain timesheets
- Support in internal audits, stock counts, and compliance activities
Requirements for Warehouse Admin:
The requirements for the job of Warehouse Admins are as following.
- Experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or inventory control
- Knowledge of material handling tools and equipment
- Understanding of occupational health and safety standards
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and MS Office
- Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills
- Familiarity with vendor and claim management practices
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting customer needs
