Responsibilities for Warehouse Admin:

The responsibilities for the job of Warehouse Admins are as following.

  • Maintain accurate data entry and inventory records for all stock items
  • Process receipts and generate related documentation (goods receipt notes, packing lists, delivery notes)
  • Communicate proactively with customers, suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams
  • Coordinate staff inductions and enforce health & safety procedures
  • Support warehouse operations including receiving, dispatching, and managing discrepancies
  • Keep inventory systems updated, ensuring space efficiency and inventory accuracy
  • Assist with monthly billing processes and finance-related documentation
  • Collaborate with external vendors for equipment maintenance and supply needs
  • Prepare performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and maintain timesheets
  • Support in internal audits, stock counts, and compliance activities

Requirements for Warehouse Admin:

The requirements for the job of Warehouse Admins are as following.

  • Experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or inventory control
  • Knowledge of material handling tools and equipment
  • Understanding of occupational health and safety standards
