Responsibilities for Waiter/Waitress:
The responsibilities for the job of Waiter/Waitresses are as following.
- Welcome guests and provide attentive, professional service throughout their dining experience
- Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and make recommendations when appropriate
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, wine pairings, and daily specials
- Ensure proper table settings and cleanliness of dining areas
- Serve food and beverages with elegance and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with grace and professionalism
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service
- Follow hotel standards, hygiene practices, and safety protocols at all times
Requirements for Waiter/Waitress:
The requirements for the job of Waiter/Waitresses are as following.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant preferred
- Strong understanding of food presentation, wine service, and dining etiquette
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexible to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
Skills and Knowledge Desired:

- Basic knowledge of POS systems
