Responsibilities for Waiter:
The responsibilities for the job of Waiters are as following.
- Greet and serve guests professionally, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
- Present menus and answer questions about food and beverages
- Take food and drink orders, input them into the MICROS system, and communicate any special dietary requirements to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages accurately, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout each course
- Respond promptly to guest needs, resolve complaints professionally, and maintain high service standards
- Clear tables, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness in work areas
- Complete closing duties including tidying, turning off equipment, and preparing for the next shift
- Process guest payments and issue accurate receipts
Requirements for Waiter:
The requirements for the job of Waiters are as following.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel
- Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus
- Physical Ability: Able to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs without assistance and more with assistance
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
