Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end store operations including staffing, scheduling, ordering, receiving, stocking, picking, and packing
- Coordinate and supervise daily store activities to ensure smooth operations
- Optimize staff utilization through multitasking roles to improve productivity
- Oversee store replenishment to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock situations
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control processes
- Monitor inbound and outbound processes in line with policies and SOPs
- Continuously review fulfillment operations and recommend process improvements
- Control operational costs and manage budgets to ensure store profitability
- Supervise hygiene, sanitation, safety, and security standards
- Maintain store equipment, infrastructure, and facilities in good condition
- Manage internal and third-party maintenance activities
- Address store-related shrinkage and loss prevention measures
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to resolve issues and implement solutions
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in a supermarket or restaurant environment
- Hands-on experience in store operations management
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively
- Experience in inventory management and cost control
- Strong understanding of service level standards and SOP compliance
- Fluency in English
- Arabic language skills are highly advantageous
