Responsibilities for Store Keeper:
The responsibilities for the job of Store Keepers are as following.
Material Dispatching & Receiving
- Prepare the warehouse for incoming stock and ensure optimal space usage
- Coordinate loading/unloading with logistics and supervise loaders/labour
- Inspect trucks and goods for hygiene, damage, and proper loading during dispatch and receipt
- Accept or reject returned or damaged goods based on inspection and approval
- Ensure adherence to safety standards during all loading/unloading activities
Stock Tracking & Inventory Management
- Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Organize and arrange stock properly for easy identification and movement
- Ensure accurate entry of incoming/outgoing stock in the ERP system
ERP & Sales Order Processing (Branch Storekeepers)
- Input sales requests into the ERP system and validate pricing
- Check stock availability and arrange for inter-warehouse transfers if needed
- Print and distribute invoices and update delivery statuses
- Submit market return reports within 24 hours
Warehouse Maintenance & Infestation Control
- Optimize warehouse layout and allocate space for various stock types
- Oversee pest control inspections and report infestations
- Quarantine non-compliant or excess stock and supervise fumigation procedures
Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance (HSE)
- Follow all HSE policies and wear appropriate PPE
- Report incidents or near misses promptly to the safety team
Requirements for Store Keeper:
The requirements for the job of Store Keepers are as following.
- Education: Secondary education (high school certificate)
- Certifications: Training Certificate in Health & Safety Awareness
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a food & beverage warehouse environment
- Citizenship: Saudi nationals only
- Physical fitness to handle warehouse duties and inspections
