Responsibilities for Security Guard:

The responsibilities for the job of Security Guards are as following.

• Property Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols around all areas including fields, barns, and equipment zones to detect intrusions or irregularities.
• Access Control: Monitor and manage entry gates; record visitor details and prevent unauthorized access.
• Livestock Protection: Observe animals regularly to prevent theft, ensure safety from predators, and report any unusual behavior or injuries.
• Incident Response: Act promptly in emergencies such as fire, intrusion, or accidents, ensuring safety protocols are followed and authorities are contacted when necessary.
• Asset Protection: Safeguard all tools, machinery, and vehicles from misuse, damage, or theft.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily security logs, visitor records, and detailed incident reports for management review.
• Coordination: Work closely with caretakers and management to ensure smooth communication and report maintenance or safety issues immediately.

Requirements for Security Guard:

The requirements for the job of Security Guards are as following.

• Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar role, preferably in rural, residential, or agricultural settings.
• Physically fit with the ability to conduct patrols in various weather conditions.
