Responsibilities for Security Guard:
The responsibilities for the job of Security Guards are as following.
- Ensure constant surveillance and security of the hotel premises
- Monitor activity in and around the hotel to protect guests, team members, and property
- Conduct routine inspections and patrols throughout the hotel and surrounding areas
- Act quickly and appropriately in response to emergencies or incidents
- Ensure that fire safety equipment is regularly checked and maintained
- Assist hotel management in handling and resolving incidents or disturbances
- Follow all hotel and legal occupational health and safety procedures
- Coordinate with other departments for safety-related concerns
- Greet and assist guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Requirements for Security Guard:
The requirements for the job of Security Guards are as following.
- Proven experience in a security role, preferably in a high-traffic environment (such as hotels or events)
- Valid qualifications or certifications in fire safety, security, and first aid
- Ability to remain calm and take decisive action in emergency situations
- Strong knowledge of security monitoring procedures and hotel safety standards
