Responsibilities

• Observe, monitor, and report activities and incidents at assigned client sites
• Conduct periodic patrols on foot or by vehicle to identify irregularities and security risks
• Inspect protection devices, fire control equipment, and safety systems
• Preserve order and enforce site-specific rules, regulations, and directives
• Control access to client facilities through proper admittance procedures
• Identify unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, blocked exits, and security violations
• Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, bomb threats, flooding, hazardous materials, and severe weather
• Protect evidence or secure incident scenes during investigations or emergencies
• Prepare accurate logs, reports, and documentation as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on operational needs

Requirements

• Ability to meet all applicable licensing requirements for Security Guards
• Clear vision, hearing, speaking, and writing abilities
• Capability to work with or without reasonable accommodation
• Physical fitness to perform job duties, including long periods of standing, walking, or sitting
• Ability to climb stairs and navigate uneven terrain
• Capacity to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally
