Responsibilities for Sales Administrator:

The responsibilities for the job of Sales Administrators are as following.

  • Ensure accurate and complete preparation of sales documentation according to company SOPs
  • Support the Sales Consultants with processing deals: sales order creation, PDI coordination, logistics, and invoicing
  • Liaise with departments such as Finance, PDI, logistics, and bodybuilders to track vehicle readiness
  • Coordinate between Sales Managers and Sales Consultants on quotations, issues, and documentation
  • Identify and escalate any issues in documentation or delivery timelines
  • Maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for management review
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding sales progress and processes in a professional manner

Requirements for Sales Administrator:

The requirements for the job of Sales Administrators are as following.

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in automotive sales or customer service
  • Industry knowledge: Experience in dealerships, automotive distribution, or vehicle logistics is an advantage
  • Technical skills:
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Reporting and data management skills
    • Knowledge of sales and delivery workflows

Skills and Knowledge Desired:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (English is a must; Arabic is a plus)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-paced environment
