We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team and ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay.

Responsibilities for Room Attendant:
The responsibilities for the job of Room Attendants are as following.
- Cleaning guest rooms to the highest standards, including changing linens, sanitising bathrooms, and refreshing living spaces.
- Maintaining and restocking housekeeping trolleys, ensuring they are well-equipped and organised.
- Handling cleaning materials and equipment responsibly, following all safety procedures.
- Respecting guest privacy, security, and comfort while working in occupied rooms.
- Reporting any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
- Working collaboratively with the housekeeping team and assisting guests when required.
Requirements for Room Attendant:
The requirements for the job of Room Attendants are as following.
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant or Cleaner (preferred, but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality results.
- Warm and welcoming communication style with both guests and colleagues.
- Physical fitness and the ability to manage a hands-on role (including use of staircases and pathways between rooms).
- Flexibility to work across different shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
Skills and Knowledge Desired:
- Time management and efficiency in completing tasks.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to follow cleaning protocols and safety standards.
