Job Summary

The Office Lady is responsible for keeping the office clean and hygienic. The role also includes keeping the pantry stocked and organized and serving refreshments to customers, visitors, and employees. The position supports a clean, welcoming, and professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain all office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, reception, pantry, and restrooms.
  • Keep the office clean, tidy, and hygienic throughout the day.
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to customers, visitors, and employees.
  • Keep the pantry clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
  • Monitor pantry inventory and report shortages of beverages, cleaning materials, and other consumables.
  • Wash and properly store cups, glasses, plates, and other pantry utensils.
  • Dispose of waste regularly and keep dustbins clean.
  • Refill drinking water dispensers and ensure water bottles are available when required.
  • Support meeting room setup by arranging refreshments before meetings.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Perform other housekeeping and administrative support duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • A high school certificate or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping, office cleaning, or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to prepare and serve beverages professionally.
  • Honest, reliable, and well-groomed.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.
  • Willing to work flexible hours when required.
