Responsibilities for Office Assistant:

The responsibilities for the job of Office Assistants are as following.

  • Cleaning crops and preparing them for harvest
  • Clearing fields of debris such as wood and stones
  • Grading vegetables and fruits based on size, shape, color, and volume to ensure top market value
  • Hand-harvesting vegetables and performing general fieldwork
  • Mixing and applying fertilizers and sprays to crops
  • Planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops
  • Manually removing suckers and water sprouts to ensure healthy plant growth
  • Sorting and packing produce for distribution
  • Loading, unloading, and transferring crates, supplies, and farm produce
  • Working specifically with crops like garlic.

Requirements for Office Assistant:

The requirements for the job of Office Assistants are as following.

  • Education: Secondary school or higher.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of relevant administrative/office experience.
  • Language: Basic English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
