The ideal candidate will work within the commercial laundry facility, ensuring linens and guest items are cleaned, stored, and maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities for Laundry Attendant:

The responsibilities for the job of Laundry Attendants are as following.

• Receive, sort, and inspect soiled laundry by type, color, and degree of soil.
• Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment in line with hotel standards.
• Monitor laundry supplies and ensure equipment is in proper working order.
• Fold, store, and organize clean linens, reporting any damaged or stained items.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the laundry area.
• Assist housekeeping with room cleaning duties as needed (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, etc.).
• Report repairs, safety hazards, or room issues to supervisors promptly.
• Handle lost and found items according to company policies.
• Support special cleaning projects when required.
• Deliver excellent guest service by responding to special requests or concerns.

Requirements for Laundry Attendant:

The requirements for the job of Laundry Attendants are as following.

• Previous commercial laundry experience preferred.
• Background in the hospitality or extended stay industry is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (other languages an advantage).
• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and standing/walking for long periods.
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and operating industrial equipment.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
