Next, maintain confidentiality and protect company assets. Also, uphold quality standards and keep your uniform, personal appearance, and communication professional.
Guest Experience Experts spend extended periods on their feet. Therefore, they may stand, sit, or walk for long periods. They also take a hands-on approach to their work. This includes moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
Finally, Guest Experience Experts must complete these tasks and other reasonable job duties as requested. Doing so helps them support guests and the business each time.
