Responsibilities for Housekeeping Attendant:
The responsibilities for the job of Housekeeping Attendants are as following.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, floor public areas, and service pantries to the highest standard.
- Verify the condition and functionality of all items in the room; report damages or repairs to supervisors.
- Execute daily room cleaning and turndown services in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors and ensure public areas are neat and organized.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner; fulfill any requests or report them to the appropriate department.
- Record and report special attention guests, irregularities, or incidents promptly.
- Restock cleaning supplies and linen in pantries following safety and hygiene standards.
- Ensure consistent adherence to hotel cleanliness protocols and health regulations.
Requirements for Housekeeping Attendant:
The requirements for the job of Housekeeping Attendants are as following.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury 5-star hotel.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a guest-centric approach.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or French is a plus.
- Understanding of hotel cleaning standards, tools, and hygiene regulations.
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive, hands-on tasks.
