Responsibilities for Housekeeping Admin Assistant:
The responsibilities for the job of Housekeeping Admin Assistants are as following.
- Run sold room reports, verify room statuses, and resolve discrepancies with the Front Desk.
- Assist in managing daily housekeeping activities and schedules.
- Prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping staff.
- Monitor and update “Do Not Disturb” room lists and ensure rush rooms are prioritized.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry to ensure operational efficiency.
- Complete and maintain all required housekeeping paperwork.
- Follow safety and company procedures; report hazards, accidents, or maintenance issues.
- Greet and assist guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support positive team collaboration and uphold Marriott’s service standards.
- Perform other administrative or operational duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements for Housekeeping Admin Assistant:
The requirements for the job of Housekeeping Admin Assistants are as following.
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience in housekeeping or administrative support.
- Supervisory Experience: None required.
- License/Certification: Not required.
- Ability to work with accuracy, multitask, and adapt to a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Skills and Knowledge Desired:
