Responsibilities for Housekeeper:
The responsibilities for the job of Housekeepers are as following.
- Provide excellent service to members and guests, ensuring a positive experience.
- Follow daily cleaning schedules and checklists while remaining flexible for adjustments.
- Record task completion times accurately.
- Clean, dust, mop, and sanitize all areas of the facility, including exercise equipment.
- Operate and maintain laundry facilities, including washing, drying, and folding towels.
- Take ownership of assigned areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
- Attend departmental meetings and actively contribute to improvements.
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and materials as per guidelines.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements for Housekeeper:
The requirements for the job of Housekeepers are as following.
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning (health club or hospitality preferred).
- Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and materials.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and move furniture or equipment for cleaning.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
