Your Day to Day

As our General Technician, you will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across the hotel. The role includes keeping all equipment, fixtures, and facilities maintained to a high standard.

Guest room maintenance requests must be handled promptly and professionally. You will also support repairs related to electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and basic carpentry work.

Routine inspections will be part of your daily duties. You will report faults and help ensure all maintenance activities follow safety standards and hotel procedures.

Working closely with the engineering team, you will support daily operations, respond to breakdowns, and assist with emergency maintenance when required.

You will also help maintain tools, workshops, and technical records. During maintenance or project work, you will support contractors and help ensure quality and safety standards are met.

What We Need From You

We are looking for someone with experience in a similar technical or maintenance role, ideally within a hotel environment.

You should have basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. You should be hands-on and able to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-moving setting.

A strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a positive team attitude are essential. Technical certification or a trade qualification is an advantage.
