Responsibilities for General Production Worker:
The responsibilities for the job of General Production Workers are as following.
- Perform hands-on assembly and production tasks using timber and other materials.
- Follow established processes and daily production goals.
- Operate machinery and tools safely (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist in timber preparation, cutting, and assembly as required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet targets.
- Adhere to workplace safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements for General Production Worker:
The requirements for the job of General Production Workers are as following.
- No prior experience necessary — training will be provided.
- Honest, reliable, and committed to workplace safety.
- Physically fit and able to handle hands-on tasks.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Assembly, carpentry, or process experience (desirable but not required).
- Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential).
Skills and Knowledge Desired:
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail in following instructions and processes.
- Time management skills to meet production targets.
- Mechanical aptitude or interest in timber work.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.

- Day Shift – Mon–Thu (6:00am–2:40pm), Fri (6:00am–12:10pm).
- Afternoon Shift – Mon–Thu (2:30pm–12:40am), Fridays off.
