Responsibilities for General Production Worker:

The responsibilities for the job of General Production Workers are as following.

• Perform hands-on assembly and production tasks using timber and other materials.
• Follow established processes and daily production goals.
• Operate machinery and tools safely (training provided).
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist in timber preparation, cutting, and assembly as required.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet targets.
• Adhere to workplace safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements for General Production Worker:

The requirements for the job of General Production Workers are as following.

• No prior experience necessary — training will be provided.
• Honest, reliable, and committed to workplace safety.
• Physically fit and able to handle hands-on tasks.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Assembly, carpentry, or process experience (desirable but not required).
• Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential).

Skills and Knowledge Desired:

• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail in following instructions and processes.

  • Day Shift – Mon–Thu (6:00am–2:40pm), Fri (6:00am–12:10pm).
  • Afternoon Shift – Mon–Thu (2:30pm–12:40am), Fridays off.
