Responsibilities for General Farm Worker:

The responsibilities for the job of General Farm Workers are as following.

• Clearing and collecting brush and debris from fields, pens, and work areas
• Removing wood and stones from fields to prepare for cultivation
• Grading vegetables and fruits based on size, shape, color, and volume to ensure market value
• Planting, cultivating, irrigating, fertilizing, and spraying various crops
• Working with crops such as cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, cucumbers, greenhouse tomatoes, seed corn, soybeans, zucchinis, and more

Requirements for General Farm Worker:

The requirements for the job of General Farm Workers are as following.

• Work Term: Permanent
• Language: English
• Hours: 35 hours per week
• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
• Experience: Experience is considered an asset, but not mandatory
• Medical Exam & Credit Check: Required for employment
• Setting: Rural work environment; must be comfortable in hot, dusty, noisy, and livestock-inhabited areas
