AquaVerti Farms, Quebec’s first vertical hydroponic farm based in Montreal, is seeking a full-time, permanent General Farm Worker to join their growing team. The farm specializes in producing pesticide-free, non-GMO lettuce, kale, and arugula using eco-friendly and sustainable practices. This role involves hands-on tasks such as seeding, harvesting, transplanting, maintaining production data, and adhering to Canada GAP sanitation guidelines. Ideal candidates will be passionate about urban agriculture, detail-oriented, physically fit, and able to work both independently and in a team. Experience in hydroponics or greenhouse farming is a plus. The position offers $16.00 per hour, 40 hours per week, a Monday to Friday schedule, and benefits including casual dress, free or discounted food, and on-site parking.

Our farm is growing, and we are looking for an agricultural worker to join our team.

Responsibilities for General Farm Worker:

The responsibilities for the job of General Farm Worker are as following.

• Contribute to daily farm tasks (seeding, harvesting, transplanting)
• Maintain production data
• Keep the production area clean while adhering to Canada GAP sanitation guidelines
• Participate in weekly team meetings to improve efficiency and workplace management

Requirements for General Farm Worker:

The requirements for the job of General Farm Workers are as following.

• Must be physically fit.
• Experience in hydroponic production or greenhouse work is an asset.
