Responsibilities for General Factory Hand:

The responsibilities for the job of General Factory Hands are as following.

• Manufacture and assemble a variety of Stratco products.
• Interpret product drawings to meet customer requirements.
• Operate roll form machines and sheet metal equipment.
• Assist the dispatch team with picking, packing, loading, and unloading vehicles using a forklift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed.
• Participate in training for plant and equipment operations.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.

Requirements for General Factory Hand:

The requirements for the job of General Factory Hands are as following.

• Physical strength and fitness for frequent lifting and movement.
• (Desirable) Experience in manufacturing or sheet metal work.
• (Desirable) Forklift license and operational experience.
• Basic awareness of safety protocols and hazard awareness.
