This role is essential in helping us maintain a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing environment for our guests by ensuring that all landscaping and green areas are kept in excellent condition.

Responsibilities for Gardener:
The responsibilities for the job of Gardeners are as following.
- Monitor and maintain the appearance of hotel grounds, including lawns, trees, flower beds, and other landscaping features.
- Install and care for plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs.
- Trim, edge, prune, and mow lawns and landscaped areas.
- Maintain and operate irrigation systems efficiently.
- Clean and repair fountains, planters, and outdoor décor features.
- Remove weeds, bag trash, and keep outdoor areas tidy.
- Operate and maintain gardening tools, utility vehicles, and equipment.
- Ensure safety compliance by reporting defective tools, unsafe conditions, or incidents to the supervisor.
- Perform manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
- Assist with snow removal or ice maintenance (if applicable).
- Support the team with additional landscaping tasks as needed.
Requirements for Gardener:
The requirements for the job of Gardeners are as following.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant gardening or landscaping experience preferred.
- License: Valid Driver’s License required.
- Physical Ability: Ability to work outdoors in various conditions and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Skills and Knowledge Desired:
- Strong knowledge of plant care and landscaping techniques
- Ability to operate garden tools and light machinery
- Basic knowledge of irrigation systems
- Attention to detail and aesthetic sense
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
