Responsibilities for Gardener:

The responsibilities for the job of Gardeners are as following.

• Maintaining gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas across the village
• Supporting the Property Manager with daily garden and groundskeeping duties
• Ensuring outdoor areas are safe, clean, and visually appealing for residents and visitors
• Using gardening tools and machinery safely and efficiently
• Identifying and resolving issues related to plant health or garden conditions
• Collaborating with the maintenance and property teams to support wider village needs
• Managing your time effectively to meet landscaping schedules and standards
• Providing a friendly, helpful presence around the village and interacting respectfully with residents

Requirements for Gardener:

The requirements for the job of Gardeners are as following.

• A relevant horticultural qualification
• Previous gardening or landscaping experience
• Physical capability to carry out manual gardening tasks (lifting, digging, pruning, etc.)
