Responsibilities for Farm Worker:
The responsibilities for the job of Farm Workers are as following.
- Harvest crops and seedlings as part of seasonal farming operations
- Clean produce to meet quality standards
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including tractors (training provided)
- Perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, kneeling, bending, and standing for long periods
- Follow farm safety procedures and hygiene protocols
- Assist with general farm duties as assigned by supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Work efficiently in dusty and noisy conditions
- Participate in team-based farming activities and daily routines
Requirements for Farm Worker:
