Farm Foreman Jobs Full Description

• Supervise farm workers, assign tasks, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Oversee daily farm operations, including planting, harvesting, and livestock care.
• Maintain and ensure proper functioning of farm equipment.
• Keep accurate records of farm activities, labor, crops, livestock, and equipment.
• Assist in crop/livestock health management (feeding, watering, monitoring).
• Collaborate with the Farm Manager on operational plans.
• Manage worker performance, provide training and feedback.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Participate in farm improvements and upgrades as directed by the Farm Manager.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in farm management.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Knowledge of farm operations and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and follow manager’s instructions.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina for outdoor work in all weather conditions.
