Full Job Description
- Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery.
- Monitor production, perform quality checks, and minimize waste.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring smooth production flow.
- Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Complete any additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- At least one year previous experience in a factory or manufacturing setting.
- No formal qualification required
- Ability to work night shifts and maintain consistent attendance if required
- Some weekend and overtime work may be required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical fitness to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights.
- Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
- No any criminal convictions and be able to pass a drug test
