Full Job Description
- Operate and monitor machines for rebar cutting, bending, and shaping.
- Ensure production meets quality and efficiency standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery.
- Load and unload materials using forklifts or overhead cranes (if certified).
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in steel rebar processing or similar metal manufacturing.
- Ability to read technical drawings and measurement tools.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machines.
- Forklift or crane operation certification (preferred).
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
- Exp in cut and bend steel machines, shear line, stirrups, bending, robot bender,.
- Machine type, oscam, schnell, pedax, MEP, EVG.
