Responsibilities for Cashier:

The responsibilities for the job of Cashiers are as following.

  • Greet guests with a professional, friendly demeanor in line with Accor’s luxury service standards
  • Accurately handle transactions for services such as room charges, dining, spa, and other amenities via the hotel’s POS system
  • Process payments through cash, credit, and debit cards efficiently and securely
  • Support guests by providing information about hotel services and nearby attractions
  • Resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies quickly and courteously; escalate complex issues to management if necessary
  • Maintain a tidy and organized cashiering station according to hotel presentation and cleanliness standards
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements for Cashier:

The requirements for the job of Cashiers are as following.

  • Prior experience as a cashier or in a guest-facing role, ideally in luxury hospitality
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Professional appearance and a service-focused attitude

Skills and Knowledge Desired:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational skills with a high level of accuracy in transaction handling
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer literacy
