Responsibilities for Buggy Driver:
The responsibilities for the job of Buggy Drivers are as following.
- Greet all guests with warmth, professionalism, and a welcoming attitude
- Safely operate the buggy to transport guests and their luggage within the property
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage during arrival and departure
- Maintain the buggy in clean, safe, and fully operational condition
- Follow daily transportation schedules and respond promptly to guest requests
- Report mechanical problems or safety issues to the appropriate department
- Adhere strictly to safety procedures and internal transport guidelines
- Offer guests helpful information about hotel services, events, and local points of interest
- Deliver exceptional service that aligns with the Rixos brand standards
Requirements for Buggy Driver:
The requirements for the job of Buggy Drivers are as following.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Good physical health; able to assist with lifting luggage
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
Skills and Knowledge Desired:
- Prior experience in a hospitality or guest service role is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Language skills in Russian or Arabic are preferred
- Friendly, professional demeanor and customer-first mindset
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
