FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire an Account Manager. We’re on the lookout for an accomplished Senior Customer Service Representative to elevate our sales team as an Account Managers / Retention Specialist. The Account Managers is a key member of FLEETCOR’s Account Management team

Responsibilities for Account Manager:

The responsibilities for the job of Account Managers are as following.

  • Developing compelling, customized solutions that strengthen client relationships
  • Resolving customer issues with professionalism and precision
  • Negotiating terms and contracts to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Nurturing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Identifying new business opportunities within the existing customer base
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams including sales, credit, and technical support
  • Delivering commercially viable offerings that align with customer needs and market demands

Requirements for Account Manager:
