•     Compile, verify, record, and process applications, licences, permits, contracts, registrations, requisitions, and other forms and documents in accordance with established procedures using processing systems; and authorize and issue licences, permits, registration papers, reimbursements, and other material after requested documents have been processed and approved.

•     Assisting employees with accessing documents through our document management system.

•     Responsible for project folder set up, folder maintenance process, formulating registers and the point of contact for documents, and drawing number allocation.

•     Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.

•     Maintaining the security of confidential documents.

•     Process and control of all project document types on a day-to-day basis in an accurate and timely manner.

•     Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows).

•     Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.

•     Controlling the flow of documents in and out of the department

•     Updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records.

•     Communicates changes to document control procedures or other relevant.

•     Ensure all technical documents, such as reports, drawings, and blueprints, are collected and registered in system.

•     To liaise with and distribute project-related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties.

•     Maintain quality documentation like documents, drawings, RFIs, and incoming and outgoing registers.
