My Owned Agriculture in (Apr 2015 – Present)• Associated with the day-to-day operation of a row crop farm. • Cultivating and tending to crops, including weeding, fertilizing, and irrigating. • Operating irrigation systems and other equipment needed for crop production. • Clear and maintain irrigation ditches. • Feed and care for livestock. • Maintaining cleanliness of animal housing and facilities. • Record crop information, such as pesticide use, yields, or costs. • Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment. • Dig and plant seeds, or transplant seedlings by hand. • Harvest fruits and vegetables by hand. • Identify plants, pests, and weeds to determine the selection and application of pesticides and fertilizers. • Load agricultural products into trucks, and drive trucks to market or storage facilities. • Apply pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers to crops. • Performing essential maintenance and repairs on farm equipment.
