CDC Crew Transport Canada is seeking experienced and professional Bus Driver Job in Canada to join our transport operations. This on-the-road role is ideal for safety-focused drivers with strong passenger service skills and extensive driving experience across various routes, including local, regional, and long-distance travel. Drivers may operate school buses, charter buses, para-transit vehicles, and sightseeing routes while ensuring passenger safety and comfort at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate buses, school buses, and para-transit vehicles to transport passengers safely
- Provide sightseeing information where required
- Load and unload passengers and assist during boarding and disembarking
- Ensure children’s safety when boarding, exiting, and crossing streets
- Maintain discipline and safety during student transport
- Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Report delays, mechanical issues, and accidents promptly
- Communicate effectively with passengers, dispatchers, and other drivers using two-way radio systems
- Handle emergency evacuation procedures when necessary
- Deal professionally with the public and resolve passenger conflicts
- Maintain accurate travel and safety records
Requirements
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- Minimum 5 years of relevant driving experience or equivalent experience
- Valid Class 2/2F/C Licence and Class 5/5F/G Licence
- Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
- First Aid Certificate
- Willingness to relocate and travel as required
- Ability to pass criminal record check, driver’s abstract check, drug test, and medical exam
- Authorization to work in Canada

Work Conditions
