Responsibilities
Participants in the Drive Program will:
- Join different teams across the organization, such as Operations, Finance, Technology, and Legal
- Support daily operational and project-related tasks within assigned teams
- Participate in multiple training sessions focused on professional skill development
- Learn and adapt to the culture, structure, and processes of JPMorganChase
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, professional work environment
Requirements
To be eligible for the Drive Program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Be an advanced university student (maximum 1 to 1.5 years from graduation)
- Be enrolled in careers such as Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Translation, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields
- Have an intermediate to advanced level of English
- Be available to work 19 hours per week
- Be able to commit to a program duration of up to 18 months
- No previous work experience is required
