Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain windows and glass surfaces across SkyCity facilities
- Perform high-access window cleaning, including artwork and elevated glass areas
- Work at heights of up to 300 metres using specialised access and safety equipment
- Ensure all glass surfaces meet SkyCity’s high cleanliness and presentation standards
- Follow safety procedures and working-at-heights protocols at all times
- Work independently and collaboratively within the Cleaning Services team
- Maintain equipment and report any faults or hazards
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
Requirements
- Confidence working at heights and using high-access cleaning equipment
- Availability to work shift work, including early morning shifts
- Ability to work Monday to Sunday with rotating rostered days off
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and cultural awareness
- Commitment to health, safety, and customer care standards
