Responsibilities for Poultry Farm Worker:

The responsibilities for the job of Poultry Farm Workers are as following.

• Walking through poultry sheds to monitor bird health and conditions
• Collecting and grading eggs
• Packing eggs safely for transport
• Cleaning and sanitizing sheds and equipment
• Following strict biosecurity procedures at all times
• Wearing provided uniforms and using safety equipment correctly
• Reporting any issues or irregularities to the supervisor
• Assisting team members with daily farm operations
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Adhering to all company and safety guidelines

Requirements for Poultry Farm Worker:

The requirements for the job of Poultry Farm Workers are as following.

• Hold a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transport
• Be physically fit and capable of doing manual work
• Be willing to work flexible hours across 7 days per week
• Be able to work in rural locations between Warwick and Toowoomba, as well as Killarney and Laidley
• Meet biosecurity and animal welfare standards (cannot keep birds, poultry, or pigs at home)
• Be prepared to use shower-on/shower-off facilities at work
• Possess good English communication skills (written and verbal)
