Responsibilities for Housekeeping Attendant:
The responsibilities for the job of Housekeeping Attendants are as following.
- Maintain consistently high housekeeping and laundry standards as per Hilton brand guidelines.
 - Clean, organize, and prepare guest rooms and public areas to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
 - Monitor the appearance, behavior, and performance of all housekeeping staff and promote teamwork.
 - Manage daily operations related to room releases and availability for Guest Services.
 - Handle the control systems of the housekeeping department, including master keys, uniforms, linens, and inventory.
 - Check guest information in the CRM system to ensure requests and preferences are met promptly.
 - Arrange flowers and prepare special linen embroidery for guests celebrating special occasions.
 - Manage lost and found items and maintain detailed records of all donations or items recovered.
 - Check and maintain staff uniforms, ensuring they are clean, repaired, and well-presented.
 - Handle guest laundry services efficiently and ensure timely delivery.
 - Prepare monthly reports and expense summaries for the laundry department.
 - Provide backup support to the Laundry Attendant during absences or holidays.
 
Requirements for Housekeeping Attendant:
The requirements for the job of Housekeeping Attendants are as following.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry operations is preferred.
 - Strong organizational and time-management skills.
 - Good communication skills—both written and verbal.
 - Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
