SIHAMCO is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to manage multi-location storage operations in Saudi Arabia. This role is critical in ensuring smooth handling of food & beverage goods, restaurant equipment, and seasonal/event assets. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, with experience in warehouse supervision, inventory control, and logistics management.

Responsibilities for Warehouse Supervisor:
The responsibilities for the job of Warehouse Supervisors are as following.
- Supervise daily warehouse operations across main and off-site storage facilities.
- Oversee receiving, documentation, and proper system entry for goods from local suppliers and overseas shipments.
- Organize and track stock, including F&B consumables, equipment, and seasonal/event assets.
- Conduct stock counts, variance checks, and reconciliations with inventory reports.
- Ensure FIFO practices and proper storage standards for dry, chilled, frozen, and delicate items.
- Manage stock transfers between warehouses and operational sites.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety and company standards.
- Coordinate overseas shipments, customs clearance, and supplier follow-ups.
- Prepare detailed warehouse reports for management.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, F&B, and Event Operations teams to align stock with operational needs.
Requirements for Warehouse Supervisor:
The requirements for the job of Warehouse Supervisors are as following.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
- Hands-on experience in handling consumable goods and operating equipment.
- Proven track record in coordinating overseas shipments and customs clearance.
Skills and Knowledge Desired:
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory systems (SMACC, MC System, Oracle, SAP, or similar).
- Knowledge of international shipping and customs documentation.
- Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
