Responsibilities for Hotel Driver:
The responsibilities for the job of Hotel Drivers are as following.
- Welcoming and assisting guests with warmth, professionalism, and courtesy.
- Safely transporting guests in luxury vehicles in a timely and comfortable manner.
- Maintaining and cleaning hotel vehicles, ensuring they are always in excellent condition.
- Planning efficient routes based on traffic and road conditions.
- Assisting doormen, luggage porters, and fellow drivers to create a flawless guest experience.
- Ensuring the hotel entrance and vehicle areas reflect the high standards of The Lana.
- Responding flexibly to guests’ special requests and handling challenges with creativity.
- Promoting and upholding the Dorchester Collection’s values and “We Care” philosophy in daily interactions.
Requirements for Hotel Driver:
The requirements for the job of Hotel Drivers are as following.
- Valid driver’s license with several years of driving experience, preferably with luxury vehicles.
- Strong customer service and communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Impeccable presentation and professional demeanor at all times.
- Ability to build positive relationships with guests and provide a warm, welcoming experience.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a safety-first mindset.
- Flexibility to support hotel operations and adapt to guests’ needs.
Skills and Knowledge Desired:
- Excellent navigation and route-planning abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
