Responsibilities for Stockkeeper:

The responsibilities for the job of Stockkeepers are as following.

  • Oversee full-cycle warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatching, and returns
  • Maintain inventory records and perform regular cycle counts using SAP or relevant Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, HSE protocols, and local regulatory standards
  • Coordinate closely with procurement, logistics, field operations, and planning teams to ensure materials and parts availability
  • Supervise the unloading and quality checking of inbound shipments; escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date documentation for audits and customs compliance
  • Enforce proper labeling, safe storage, and handling of all warehouse materials
  • Implement lean warehousing and 5S practices to maximize efficiency
  • Liaise with 3PLs and transportation providers for timely delivery and movement of goods
  • Support warehouse digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements for Stockkeeper:

The requirements for the job of Stockkeepers are as following.

  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in warehouse/storekeeping, preferably in engineering or industrial sectors
  • Proficiency with SAP (MM module) or other ERP systems
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, logistics workflows, and material handling best practices
  • Experience in local customs processes, import/export regulations, and HSE compliance in Qatar
  • Capable of managing warehouse safety, conducting audits, and implementing lean practices
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant technical certifications are a plus

  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
