Responsibilities for Doorperson:
The responsibilities for the job of Doorpersons are as following.
- Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their luggage
- Park and retrieve guests’ vehicles when required
- Provide transportation services using hotel vehicles
- Keep hotel entrances and vehicle areas clean, safe, and organized
- Maintain frequent, courteous interaction with guests and VIPs
- Offer information about hotel services, nearby attractions, and local amenities
- Maintain excellent knowledge of hotel events and guest preferences
- Uphold company brand standards and a polished professional appearance
Requirements for Doorperson:
The requirements for the job of Doorpersons are as following.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or guest services preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Calm, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor
- Professional personal presentation
- Knowledge of local area and attractions is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
