Delivering the best in technology and appliances starts with service – our Passionate Experts are also key to our success. The end-to-end service we offer means customers can rely on us to ensure they walk out with the right product for them – through live demonstrations, the offering of support and advice, and delivering and installing purchases. Our Delivery & Installation team members are also responsible for delivering and installing whiteware products in customers’ homes and also being the last point of contact for our customers! The job provides full training and also buddy to guide and mentor you. Your day will be varied, and it’s safe to say, your lunch break view will look different everyday! You will be engaging with customers to determine the best way to bring the product into their home, unpacking and installation, and disposing of old appliances and packaging as needed. As a key point of contact with customers, you will play a critical part in creating a positive customer experience!

Qualifications

• Can be on their feet for long periods of time.
• Is physically fit and able
• Has a positive, can-do attitude towards work
• Understands the customers’ needs and can also create a great experience for them.
• Ensure processes are followed explicitly and company guidelines are upheld at all stages of the customer experience.
• Maintain work area to an excellent standard, ensuring it is also presentable and functional.
• Be responsible for the safety of yourself, others and the products when driving.
• A Full, clean NZ Driver’s License
