Responsibilities for Customer Center Sales Associate:

The responsibilities for the job of Customer Center Sales Associates are as following.

  • Answer inbound customer calls and accurately record product orders
  • Educate customers about new products and match benefits to their needs
  • Resolve customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and services
  • Submit service requests for new equipment or issues
  • Promote PBV campaigns and suggest new offerings to customers
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism in communication
  • Perform other customer service or sales duties as needed

Requirements for Customer Center Sales Associate:

The requirements for the job of Customer Center Sales Associates are as following.

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in customer service or sales (5 years preferred)
  • Previous call center experience is a strong advantage
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple customer needs effectively
  • Must be able to work flexible hours as required by the business
